	Email Forwarding - With your web site, you will probably want to direct different types of inquiries to different departments within your organization. However, these different departments may not have their own e-mail address. That's okay because you can set up "virtual" e-mail addresses which all go to one, central, already existing address. EXAMPLE: Person with existing e-mail address: jschmoe@yourcompany.com Departments without e-mail addresses: Sales Customer Service Technical Support Get these "virtual" e-mail addresses: sales@yourcompany.com cservice@yourcompany.com techsupport@yourcompany.com When someone sends an e-mail message to "sales@yourcompany.com" it shows up in the "jschmoe@yourcompany.com" mailbox! The e-mail will even show that the message is intended for the sales department. Each department's virtual e-mail will work this way and any existing e-mail address for the site can be used as the recipient. This type of e-mail forwarding is unlimited for most types of web sites.
	Graphics - Pictures of your products, your company's logo, special images that help people navigate your site, etc. These can be existing or Provide America can provide Graphic Designers to create special graphics for you.
	Java Applets - If you are using a Java TM enhanced browser then special effects can be done with Java Applets. Among the different types of effects are words changing color when the mouse is over them, pictures changing, scrolling and fading graphics, etc.
	Links - Your site can have links that take your customers to others pages within your site, other places within a certain page of your site, or even to a different site altogether. For the most part, Provide America does not limit the amount of links that can be placed within a site.
	Online Ordering with a Secured Server - The best part about doing business on the Internet is your customer's ability to make a purchase right from your site. This allows you to have a storefront that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! With online ordering, any product in your web site can be purchased online on the spot. (The method of payment is generally Visa/MasterCard unless you put your customers on the honor system. Payment by Visa/Mastercard will require you to have the capabilities to accept credit card orders.) The Secured Server is a special protocol between your customer's computer and your site which assures that their credit card number will be seen only by you and no one else.
	Scrolling Banners - A banner within a page which scrolls a message from left to right repeatedly. Usually used to promote a special item of interest.
	Shopping Cart System - Want to make shopping online really fun for your customers? The shopping cart system works just like it sounds. Your customer can pick and choose from all of the different products that are on your site, selecting the ones that they want as they go along, and when finished, go to the online order form with all of their selections neatly placed on the order form, totalled up and ready for purchase.
	Video Files - These work the same as Audio Files. They can be placed on your site for download or immediate viewing.
	Your Thoughts and Ideas - What do you want/need in your site? Your only limit is your imagination.
